The ticked list items in the Add Purchase sheet, ready to review and save

A list that remembers your prices

The list knows the prices you entered or last recorded, so you see roughly what the basket will cost before you pay, and which items still have no price. When you tap Record, its checked items open in the purchase sheet for review and saving — no double entry. That is household money manager work: plan, buy, and record in one motion.

From list to recorded purchase, step by step

This is how a list moves through the app, from home to the checkout:

  1. Build the list at home

Add items from the suggestions or type them. The app groups them by store section, estimates the total from the prices you entered or last paid and tells you if that estimate runs past this week's room.

  2. Tick what goes in the basket

Each item you pick up gets a tick, and the foot of the screen shows the basket against the whole list's estimate.

  3. Tap Record purchases

The Add Purchase sheet opens with the ticked items' names and quantities, each with the price you entered for it or last paid where there is one; an item with no known price opens with a blank price. Fill in the missing prices, fix any that changed and add anything you forgot.

  4. Review, then save

Nothing is recorded until you tap Save. The list then moves to your past lists, and anything you did not tick stays on a fresh list.

If you photograph the receipt instead, the matching list items are ticked when you save that purchase.

Your list by voice

Say “Add milk, bread and eggs to the list” or “I need two kilos of tomatoes” and the items appear ready in the list's add sheet with their quantities, and Add all adds them in one tap. A price is added only if you said one, and if some fail to add, retrying from the same sheet never repeats the ones already added. See everything you can say by voice.
