Your money by voice, one sentence opens the right form
Hold + and say what happened in your own words: your salary arrived, a bill that comes every month, money you lent a friend, things to buy. The app works out what kind of sentence it is and opens the form made for it with the details you said, then you review and save it yourself.

At a glance
One button for everything
Purchases, income, bills, loans, moves between wallets, savings goals and the shopping list, all from the same +.
Review before saving
The form opens with the details you said, and nothing is recorded until you tap Save.
No guessing
A wallet, income or person is used only when what you said matches exactly one name in your ledger, and no amount is ever estimated at an exchange rate.
Your recording isn't kept
Recordings are not stored on our servers, and one made offline is read once you are back online, then opens its form.
What you say, and what opens
Examples of sentences voice understands, in Arabic or English. Each one it understands opens the form where you would record it anyway, filled in with what you said.
A purchase, and how you paid
“Paid 200 pounds for fuel on the Visa” fills in the add form and picks your Visa wallet, if your ledger has one by that name.
Income that arrived
If your salary is set up with its payday, “Got my salary” opens that payday on My money so you can confirm it, and a few days early it is recorded for its payday. With no payday set, say the amount, such as “Got 5,000 from freelance work”, to open a one-off income form.
Recurring income
“My salary is 8,000 every month on the 25th” opens the recurring income form with the amount and the day.
Bills and instalments
“Internet 300 every month on the 5th” opens a repeated purchase with its name, amount and day. “Paid the internet bill” opens its payment confirmation when that bill is waiting for your answer, so it is never recorded twice.
Loans and repayments
“Lent Ahmed 500” opens a new loan with the name and amount, and “Ahmed paid me back 200” opens a part repayment of his loan.
Moves between your wallets
“Moved 1,000 from the bank to cash” opens the transfer form with both wallets and the amount. Between two currencies, the amount that arrived is left for you to type as it arrived.
A savings goal
“I want to save 50,000 in a year” opens the savings goal setup with the amount and a date one year from today.
The shopping list
“Add milk, bread and eggs to the list” puts the items in the list's add sheet, ready, and Add all adds them in one tap.
From one sentence to the right form
Hold + and speak
Say one sentence about what happened, then lift your finger.
The app works out what you meant
A purchase, income, a bill, a loan, a move between wallets, a goal or a shopping list, then it matches what you said against the income, bills, wallets and people in your ledger.
The right form opens, filled in
On the page where you would record it anyway, with the amount, name and date as you said them.
Review and save
Change anything you like, then tap Save, or close the form and nothing is recorded.

What voice does not do
It does not answer questions such as “how much did I spend this month?”, and it never records anything on its own. When there is nothing to open, such as income not yet due, a bill that records itself or a name that matches more than one entry in your ledger, it tells you why and records nothing. If you say you sold something, got a refund or put money aside, it tells you where that belongs: a sale from the asset on My money, a refund by editing the purchase itself, and savings are worked out from your income and spending without you recording them.
The Android home-screen widget records purchases by voice only; everything else comes from the + inside the app. For logging purchases alone, see voice expense tracking.

Questions about managing money by voice
Does the app save what I say without asking?
No. A sentence the app understands opens the right form with what you said, and nothing is recorded until you review it and tap Save, or Add all on the shopping list.
What if the app can't tell which wallet or income I mean?
It does not choose for you. A wallet, income or person is used only when what you said matches exactly one name in your ledger. To move money between wallets, name both of them, or the app asks you to.
Does it convert amounts between currencies?
It never estimates an amount at an exchange rate. A figure you say only goes into a field in its own currency, and between two wallets in different currencies the amount that arrived stays empty for you to type as it arrived.
Can I ask the app about my spending by voice?
No. Voice records what you say and does not answer questions; your spending analysis is on the Insights tab.
Can I record by voice without an internet connection?
Yes. The recording stays on your phone until you are back online, then it is read once and opens the right form, and nothing is saved before you confirm it.
Can the person I share my ledger with use voice?
Yes, for purchases and shopping list items, while income and moves between wallets are recorded by whoever set up the ledger.
What happens to voice when my subscription ends?
It pauses until you renew, your records stay saved and you can still add entries by hand. The trial gives you every feature for 30 days with no payment card.
